Granich Engineered Products, Inc. ("Granich", "we", "us") is a Beckwith & Kuffel company. This policy explains what we collect through granich.com, why, and what you can do about it.
Information you give us
The only place this website asks for personal information is the information request form. When you submit it, we receive your name, your company, your email address, your telephone number, your state, whether you have asked us to call you back, and whatever you write in the enquiry itself.
We use that information to answer your enquiry and to contact you about it. We do not sell it, rent it, or share it for anyone else's marketing.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form we also record the IP address and browser identification the submission came from. We keep these solely to identify and filter automated spam, which arrives in volume and would otherwise bury genuine enquiries. They are not used to build a profile of you.
The website sets one cookie of its own, a session cookie that keeps your form entries intact while you are filling them in and protects the form against cross-site request forgery. It expires when you close your browser, and it does not track you between visits or across other websites.
Advertising and analytics
Granich runs digital advertising campaigns. While a campaign is running, pages on this site load cookies or tags from advertising networks, including Google, so that we can measure whether our advertising works and show relevant advertising to people who have already visited us. These cookies are set by those networks rather than by us, and are governed by those networks' own privacy policies. When no campaign is running, this site sets no advertising or analytics cookies at all.
You can opt out of personalised Google advertising at Google My Ad Center, and opt out more broadly at the Digital Advertising Alliance. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies in their settings.
Who else sees your information
Enquiries are delivered to our sales team by email through Brevo, an email delivery service, which processes the message in order to send it. Our website is hosted on servers we control in the United States.
Beyond that, we share personal information only where we are legally required to, or where it is necessary to protect our rights, our staff, or the security of our systems.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are retained for as long as they remain commercially useful, so that we have a record of what you asked us and what we quoted. Submissions our filters identify as spam are deleted automatically after thirty days.
Your choices
You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to sales@granich.com or call 866-859-2940 and we will respond. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under state privacy law; tell us and we will honour them.
Changes
If we change how we handle personal information we will update this page and the date at the top of it.
